"ED Arrests Two More in Ration Corruption Case; BJP Leader Criticizes West Bengal Government"

In the ration corruption case, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested two more people. While traveling from Delhi to Balurghat through Bagdogra, BJP state president and central minister Sukanta Majumdar spoke to reporters at Bagdogra Airport. He said that the corruption involves a large network, including several rice mill owners in Siliguri and leaders from the Trinamool Congress. Majumdar also mentioned the increase in kidnapping incidents in West Bengal, blaming it on the lack of jobs and industries in the state. He claimed that kidnapping has become common because of these issues. Regarding GST, he noted that a GST council with representatives from all states has been formed and accused the state chief minister of spreading false information.
