"India Boosts Border Security as Bangladesh Faces Unrest After Prime Minister's Resignation"

Due to the unrest in neighboring Bangladesh, which has led to the resignation of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has tightened security along the India-Bangladesh international border in Nadia. The area is heavily secured with rigorous patrols and checks.

Since Tuesday morning, people returning from Bangladesh for medical reasons have been subjected to intense scrutiny at BSF checkpoints, as their visas have expired. Despite the chaotic situation in Bangladesh, those affected have no choice but to return to their home country. 

Reports from returnees describe severe conditions in Bangladesh, including demolished homes and disruptions to daily life. Many have found it impossible to stay, leading them to seek refuge back in India.
