"Silguri: Woman Dies After Being Hit by Military Vehicle"

A woman was killed after being hit by a military vehicle. The incident occurred at the Sevoke More near Cosmos Mall in Siliguri. The deceased has been identified as Kalpana Barman, a resident of Netaji Nagar under the Bhaktinagar police station.

Reports indicate that the woman was riding a bicycle when she was struck by the military vehicle, resulting in her death on the spot.

The accident caused significant traffic congestion in the area. Police from the Bhaktinagar station arrived at the scene, recovered the woman's body, and sent it to the district hospital. Family members of the deceased have also arrived at the site. The police are investigating the incident.
