सिलीगुड़ी : डीवाईएफआई और एसएफआई के बाद सोमवार को वामपंथी शिक्षक संगठन एबीटीए व एबीपीटीए एसएससी नियुक्ति घोटाला के खिलाफ उत्तर कन्या अभियान किया। सोमवार सुबह वाममोर्चा समर्थित शिक्षकों ने नौकाघाट मोड़ से उत्तर कन्या के लिए रैली शुरू की। लेकिन तीन बत्ती मोड़ पर बेरिकेटिंग के साथ तैनात पुलिस ने रैली को रोक दिया। आंदोलनकारियों और पुलिस के जम कर धक्का - मुक्की हुई। इसके बाद पुलिस ने वाटर कैनन का प्रयोग किया। आंदोलनकारियों को भिगो कर शांत कराया।
