BSF KADAMTALA HOSTS YOGA AND MEDITATION SESSION
On 28th April 2025, in a significant initiative to promote physical and mental well-being among Border Security Force (BSF) families, organized a comprehensive yoga and meditation session at BSF Campus Kadamtala. The session was led by the Smt Alka Tyagi, President of the BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA), under the theme “Yoga for Self and Society.”
A renowned yoga and meditation instructor Smt Rekha Sharma and Rajender Sharma of heart-fullness Medication centre, Siliguri emphasized the importance of integrating yoga into daily routines to enhance resilience and stress management. Frontier Headquarter BSF Kadamtala and 18 Battalion BSF members of the BSF Wives Welfare Association (BWWA) have participated actively.
The session aimed to promote mental well-being and stress relief among BSF personnel and their families. Yoga and meditation techniques, emphasizing the importance of mindfulness and holistic health were demonstrated. The event highlighted the organization's commitment to the welfare of BSF families.
