In Siliguri, police arrested five criminals who had gathered with intentions of engaging in criminal activities. The Siliguri Metropolitan Police's Pradhannagar Police Station thwarted yet another planned robbery. The arrested individuals are identified as Akash Lama, Ashiq Oraon, Suraj Manger, Sunil Oraon, and Mohammad Asif. 

According to sources, on Saturday night, Pradhannagar Police received a tip-off that some miscreants were gathering in the Regulated Market area. Acting on this information, the police conducted an operation at the location and arrested the five suspects. Various tools intended for use in the robbery were seized from the detainees. Today, the accused were presented in Siliguri court. The police are currently investigating the entire incident.
