Siliguri Surgeon bags best Researcher award

Siliguri surgeon Dr Kaushik Bhattacharya is set to  bag 'Best Researcher award 2023' awarded by Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons in its national Conference at Coimbatore next week. 

Dr  Bhattacharya has more than 140 publications in both International and National medical journals on various aspects of surgery . Dr Bhattacharya will be awarded with Rs one lakh along with citation in Coimbatore and it's the first time this award was bestowed by the  Governing Council of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endosurgeons to a surgeon from West Bengal for academic  excellence .

Dr Bhattacharya was awarded Indian Medical Association Best published research work in Allahabad  in December 2022. (EoM)
